Delivery Information

We currently deliver countrywide across Kenya, in three tiers:

• Nairobi — fixed fee by neighbourhood, shown automatically at checkout once you select your area.
• Major towns — fixed fee, shown the same way at checkout.
• Remote areas — no standard fee is listed; your order is placed and our team follows up with a manual delivery quote before dispatch.

Your exact delivery fee is always shown before you pay — select your delivery area at checkout to see it.

These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays outside our control (weather, road conditions) can occasionally push a delivery back a day or two.

Fees are calculated by area, shown in full at checkout before you confirm your order, and included in your order total — no surprise charges at the door.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount shown on your order confirmation ready for our courier. We're also rolling out M-Pesa payment at checkout as an alternative.

You'll receive updates as your order moves from placed → confirmed → out for delivery. If anything looks off, message us on WhatsApp (+254 795 359 350) with your order number.

If our courier can't reach you at the address or number provided, they'll attempt to contact you to rearrange. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout — a second delivery attempt due to incorrect details may carry an additional fee.
